We've been enjoying a bit of a thaw around here. Layers of snow and ice are starting to recede, revealing smatterings of debris from area trees. I was struck by the pleasing design it made on the snow. Little abstract collages everywhere.

This one looks more like a botanical pressing. Have you spotted any great art around your yard?
The first photo would make a nice fabric design. We have a lot of little bits that I think blew off the birch tree in the high winds last week.Always stuff to see outside.
