A recent trip to Goodwill yielded some lovely little trinkets. The elf on its tummy, a really nice tin house that is supposed to hold a candle inside, a tiny scallop-shaped dish and the most delicate, etched glasses I have seen in a long time. It always amazes me how some things survive for so long.
They are almost paper thin and so very beautiful. Can you imagine drinking lemonade from one of these on a porch, long ago?
