After just a couple of weeks and not too much rain, the shade garden has exploded with life. Here is the progress since the picture posted a while back. My Azalea is about to open and show off its wonderful orange flowers. It is a short-lived thrill but worth the pleasure it gives each spring. The old bucket with the Gerbera daisies in
it is also home to any glass stoppers I find at yard sales. As you can see, the Bleeding Hearts and Hostas are busting out all over. Soon you wont see the dirt for the foliage. All of these plants in the shade garden were brought from our old house and have adjusted beautifully to their new location. Very satisfying. More pics later when the Azalea is opened up and the Coral Bells, etc. are blooming.
