Guess who turned twenty yesterday? That's right, and since she's been hanging out with us for the March break it was only appropriate for me to make a cake. Chocolate of course. It's the triple layer chocolate fudge cake from an old issue of Country Living magazine. Always moist and delicious. Didn't last more than a couple of days! 
Gumdrop has dropped by for a visit and to covet the last of Meaghan's pizza.See the leather gloves next to the wood stove? My dining room spends most of the winter looking like a closet as everyone likes to leave their winter wear near the wood stove to dry and get toasty warm. Boy, am I looking forward to spring!
