Here are my guys, late Saturday evening. The archway has been cut in the wall that divided these two tiny rooms ( they had hoped to remove said wall completely however it appears to be a supporting wall, so that just wouldn't do.) They have built another eight foot wall to close the enlarged space off and create on good-sized room. As the addition is a modern thing with a grand slanting roof, an eight foot wall allows air to continue to circulate in while allowing privacy. Today he roughs in for another central vac outlet up here. The regular vacuum hasn't reached this far since we moved here! So good to get rid of more carpet too. On with the mess, er, progress.

Renovation Update

Awesome! I'm glad everyone seems to be having a good time with the building project!! I see that help is being offered from all angles. Kudos to you for being able to create in all that commotion. And a new vac outlet! Now THAT is something to get excited about. Let me know what you need someone to come and offer their 'ooo's and 'aahh's. I'm up for the job!
