There have been no striking sunrises lately. Just gray cloud cover, constantly reminding us it is winter now.
The birds don't seem to mind. Early each morning they are at the feeders.
This past Sunday it rained all day, coating everything with a thin coat of ice. A good day to stay inside. Good thing we did all our running around on Saturday!
Some of us, however, don't believe that the weather should affect our daily plans. Here is Gumdrop, soaking wet, refusing to come in until someone comes out to play with her. She was the only one. The other two dogs were happily curled up in front of the wood stove.
