Yup, no more children in this house. Joshua turns twenty today. It was a busy weekend filled with adventure and good food. His usual, the triple layer chocolate fudge cake from a very old Country Living magazine recipe.
We took a trip to Ottawa to pick up Aaron and his room mate and head off to The Works for a meal. Sorry no cool shots of towers of rings or well presented platters. We just dove in and consumed our meals. I really enjoyed the chicken and this is what was left of Aaron's roasted red pepper, Havarti and avocado burger. The potato chips are served warm and fresh. Nice! The weather was all out of sorts this weekend. Sun, rain, snow, sleet, rain, etc.
The little "boom box" (IPod dock) is actually made of recycled materials and you assemble it. It was a fun little gift for a guy who loves his music, and speakers and sound. It sounded pretty good too, considering it was made of cardboard.Another week has begun. Off we go....

What! You were in Ottawa and you didn't let the peeps know :( Ok ok, it was Joshua's day (happy birthday Joshua) but next time we wont let you off the hood so easy :) Hope you had a great day, after all it is your birth day also!
