The weather was so fine on the weekend that I really didn't want to spend any longer in the kitchen that necessary so we had grilled cheese sandwiches for one meal. I like to always add a little something special to them to dress them up a bit so this time it was grilled red pepper.
Aaron and Marty like to have both ketchup and mustard to dip so they got creative with that. How do you like your grilled cheese?My favourite is the cheese and sliced apple sandwich with a little maple syrup brushed inside.

Sometimes when after the sandwich is grilled, I'll pop in some tomato or lettuce which gets warm but not cooked.
