While out and about, you just never know what will turn up, right in front of you. The spotted feather is from a Downy woodpecker, the small black one from one of our pear-loving crows, the large brown striped on is from a wild turkey, I think and the last one was found in a parking lot. It has a lovely gold shimmer to it and I think it is from a wild turkey as well. Just another part of the bird. We have them all over the place here.
I've been picking up these lovely little leaf skeletons as I find them in the back yard. Beautiful.
