Chocolate Mousse recipe compliments of our "Swiss Daughter"
We have been enjoying this for the past 24 years.
4 eggs
3 TBSP powdered sugar
150 grams of dark chocolate, melted
Combine and mix with electric mixer.
Add 200 ml heavy cream, mix well again for about ten minutes and pour into ramekins and put into freezer for a few hours or overnight.
Enjoy!
