This neat picture was purchased at an auction many years ago. Someone by the name of Orme did pen and ink and watercolour caricatures of Dickens characters from his stories. It looks like it was done back in the '20s. They make me smile when I look at them.
Well, Christmas is over and the guests have returned safely home. It's time to relax and reflect before the new year plunks us all back into our daily routines. More snow on its way!
