Fold-Down Cottage

Many years ago my mom and I bought this doll house from a sale at the side of the road. It looks to be from the 1920's and actually folds relatively flat. The front and back walls are hinged. It is sitting on a bit of floor left over from some previous owner's renovation. It's above a set of stairs and is almost inaccessible. A good place for a friendly cottage, don't you think?
