Today my friend
Ronna took a drive out to visit and we had a glorious day visiting and naturally ended up in
Merrickville for lunch and window-shopping. We finished off with fresh-made ice cream at the local ice cream/candy shop. On the way home we headed to
Brockville to check out the Goodwill. She was happy to find some unusual pieces to paint her wonderful designs on and I found the lovely little
chalkware bust of a boy and the toad, along with some other little jars to fill with goodies for the
Milkhouse. The Quail eggs arrived in the mail today. Ronna also brought the latest issue of
ATC Quarterly for me and it's as terrific as ever. You should check it out!
On our way out of
Merrickville we happened past a lovely bunch of containers at the end of a
driveway with a sign that read "Free." Well, who doesn't like "free" stuff? I chose a large pot for each of us. They smelled lovely.

What a great day! I love your sweet finds and the flowers are so very pretty. I also was intrigued by your post below with the pretty lady and rabbit vase? I'm assuming it's some sort of flower vase and definitely a wonderful find.
