It's been fun watching all the different birds busily working at building their nests and feeding their young. The Sparrows that built a wee nest on top of our Christmas garland, around the kitchen window, raised their three young and sent them off. Apparently they arn't done! They have built another nest, in the same garland but this time, lower down and tucked behind it.
They've been working furiously for the past few days. After a whole lot debris landed on the porch they finally have a new home. Bigger and better (?) than the first.
It's going to be fun watching the whole process all over again. This time we have a good view from inside the house too.
