I woke up this morning, early as usual, took one look outside and decided it was definitely time for a walk! This was the view of the field across the road from us.
Then the fog began to dissipate and the sun shone brightly through he mist.
As I traveled down the road the foggiest patches were behind me. It was cool and crisp and very quiet but for the sound of the Geese honking their way south.
Once home again I noticed a flash of pink on the front porch and was surprised to find that this Hollyhock had fallen over and continued to bloom in the warm protection of the house.
