A Night Out

Last night saw us out on the town as it were. Aaron and a friend invited Marty and I to the Brockville Arts Centre for a performance of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. It was performed by the students of the Musical Theatre program at St. Lawrence college. It was very well done and the talent was great, as were the costumes, choreography and sets. We rarely go out so this was a nice treat. Many years ago, I was privileged to attend a number of great shows over the years. Chorus Line, Bubblin' Brown Sugar, Marcel Marceau, the National Ballet, among others. Downtown Brockville is very pretty at night. They have wrapped the trees lining King Street in little white lights and to look down the road, it makes for quite the view.
