Strawberry season is here so that means Strawberry Shortcake (with fresh biscuits of course). It's such a short season. Traditionally, my grandmother would make shortcake for dinner AND dessert with the first fruits. We do the same.Next, raspberries, then peaches. Mmmm.

Such a nice photo of the water and that goes back to what we were talking about at the Perth Farmers Market, it has so much potential, too bad the council won't promote such a beautiful area.
