Originally created for the Chicago World's fair it created a great deal of interest weighing in at 22,000 pounds.
We stopped in to see Wendy Southin and her wonderful work. Her jewelry is fabulous. I really liked her mixed media pieces too.
She was there with good friend, Sheila Cain-Sample. Sheila is a gifted graphite pencil artist. It was the perfect day for a trip to the market. If you find yourself in Perth on a Saturday morning, drop in to say hello.
