At the market last Saturday, the lovely woman who sells simply the best spring rolls (next to Aaron's booth) came by eating a crabapple. She said the tree behind city hall was full of them .
She wasn't exaggerating! I wonder if cities and towns have special folk hired to create good things from their fruit bearing, city-owned trees? Oh, the jelly and other great things you could make!
