The other morning I was greeted with a real frost. The kind that hangs around until almost nine in the morning. Winter
is on its way. Even Odelia was startled by the cold on her feet when we went outside. However, today was mild again. Such is life in Canada.

I've been watching this large wasp nest in our front yard for a while now. It's on the tiniest branch but hasn't fallen down in spite of the wind and the rain.

It's looking a little ragged now but Joshua said he would get it down once things get cold enough and there is no chance of live wasps. It's a beauty, if you can get past those nasty stinging little rascals.
Have a great weekend Everyone!
