Donna Downey Kit

Last week, dear friend Miss Sharon took me out for dinner and presented me with a lovely bag of goodies. One gift was a kit from Donna Downey, from whom she had taken some workshops the previous weekend.

I like kits as they give you all you need to create something special, without all the hassle of coming up with a totally original idea, however, they also afford you lots of room to play and make them your own. My mind is on many things these days so it was fun to follow someone else's directions and take it from there.
Here is the finished project. I added my own flowers and painted them to match. The pictures are cut from an old primary reader.
