On our way out of the park we noticed a sign for their boardwalk through the marsh so we pulled in and had a look around. There were a number of people there, enjoying the fantastic weather.
It's a well laid out walk and there are signs explaining things along the way.
Toward the end of your walk, there are a couple places where you find yourself in the woods, then out again and in again. This tree with funky bark caught my eye.
Then we came across a number of truly unique looking trees. Click to enlarge the pic above to read more about them.
This tree has certainly provided respite for a great number of wanderers. It's all but worn smooth.
