It was a very windy and rainy night. I was surprised that we never lost power for more than a brief moment. As for damage there were only a few downed branches. Another argument for a stone home, while the tempest raged outside, there was not a rattle nor creak heard inside.
After three very dark days we woke to the sun this morning! What a nice surprise.
Our prayers go out to those who were most affected by this storm.
