Yesterday, it was super cold. A good day for stew-making. It was a nice, colourful lamb stew.
The sunrise this morning was nice and colourful too. And, it was a wee bit "warmer," if you can call minus 13 Celsius "warm."
Today I am trying my hand at making sourdough bread. I used to do it a lot many years ago. I feel like a real newbie again. My starter seems very happy. I'm just not used to baking with Einkorn flour.
