This new publication is by Suz Simanaitis, creator of Artitude Zine.It is a delightful gift to those of us who simply must create! Zines are discussed, as well as drawing wherever you find yourself, making art in bed, to mail art, even creating your own floral tiara of handmade ribbon flowers (very important to have your own tiara, just in case...) and so much more!
Each chapter is more of a private lesson or visit from someone special. Each contributor has something important to share and there is much to glean throughout the book. I love the writing as well as the art. There is so much in this volume that you will keep going back to it, if for no other reason than to re-read Suz' pep talk on what an artist is, how to call yourself an artist, and be proud of it! Do take the time to check it out. It simply overflows with inspiration.
